Breaking Base
You absolutely must have a solid base to break from. Any movement takes away from the much needed power to break. What you break from is often more important than breaking power.
Human error in holding boards is often the cause of failed breaks.
A solid, immovable base of support becmoes critical. If the break matters, the support base matters. The base must be adjustible to your height and size. One size does not fit all!
